Ans:- Trunk of an elephant helps to spray water and mud on the skin to protect from heat and insects. It also helps  to pull branches of the trees to to eat and also to protect from predators.
b. What is camouflaging?
Ans:-lt is a way of hiding something by covering or colouring it so that it blends into its surroundings.
c.State the uses of the claws of crab.
Ans:-It helps to catch their prey.lt also helps to defend themselves from predators.
d.Difference between carnivores and omnivores.
Ans:- Carnivores:-Animals that eat the flesh of other animals are called carnivores.They have strong legs and claws to run fast and catch their prey.They have sharp and pointed canines for tearing the flesh. e.g lion, tiger.
Omnivores:- Animals that eat both Plants and flesh of other animals are called omnivores. They have a combination of sharp canines and strong molar teeth as they eat both Plants and meat. e.g Human being,Bears.
Q6. Ans:-
It is Salamander.lt is found both in water and on land. It has a poisonous back and tail which keeps predators away.
